Preliminary version. The terms of each job are confirmed in writing before we collect.
Assessment and acceptance
We assess garments from photos or in person before accepting, and may decline work that is high risk or that we cannot handle. Please check pockets and remove valuables first.
Price and return date
The price and return date of each order are those confirmed in writing before pickup. Usually returned within 1-2 days in our service areas; garments needing special care, public holidays and peak periods may differ.
Stains and garment condition
Stain removal depends on the type and age of the stain and the fabric. We cannot promise every stain will come out, and we flag risks we find before starting.
Reporting a problem
If there is a problem, please tell us promptly with photos by phone or WhatsApp. For high-value garments, please declare the value before we accept so that terms of care can be agreed in writing.
