Where can you collect from?
Your home, desk, lobby or an agreed point in our 8 service areas. We have no shopfront, so you never need to bring anything in.
How long does it usually take?
Usually within 1-2 days in our service areas, with the return date confirmed in writing before every pickup. Garments needing special care can take longer. We keep pickup times and cleaning times clearly separate.
