Work dresses, evening gowns, silk and embroidery. Send us a photo first and we will confirm a return date for each piece.
Usually returned within 1-2 days in our service areas, with the return date confirmed in writing before every pickup.
Can every evening gown be dry cleaned?
No. Embroidery, beads, glue and some fabrics need to be assessed individually. We ask to see photos of the gown and its label first, and we flag any risk before accepting.
What should you prepare?
- Photograph the front, the back and the care label
- Point out any stains, and what caused them if you know
- Tell us the date you need it, so we can confirm whether it is possible
What if there is a stain?
Avoid rubbing or applying products yourself, as this can set the stain or shift the colour. Tell us what it is. We cannot promise that every stain will come out, but we will tell you honestly what is possible before we start.
